By using Charge Home Solutions, you agree to the following terms.
1. Platform Overview
Charge Home Solutions provides a platform connecting electricians with customer opportunities, training, and marketing services.
2. Free Trial
New users may receive a 30-day free trial. A valid credit card is required. Billing begins automatically after the trial unless canceled.
3. Subscription
After the trial period, users are charged $99/month. Subscription can be canceled anytime. No refunds for prior payments.
4. Leads & Opportunities
Charge Home Solutions does not guarantee leads, jobs, or income. Opportunities depend on market demand, availability, and system distribution.
5. Territory
Multiple electricians may operate in the same area. Priority may be given to paid users.
6. Independent Contractor
All electricians operate as independent contractors and are responsible for their own work, licensing, and compliance.
7. Payments
Contractors must pay all applicable fees within 48 hours of receiving customer payment.
8. Platform Rights
The Company may modify services, pricing, or access at any time.
9. Limitation
Charge Home Solutions is not responsible for customer decisions, job outcomes, or revenue.
